How long have you been on DeviantArt?
Nearly an entire year on this new profile, but a total of 2 1/2 years.
What does your username mean?
It is how my friends and I envision myself. I've been told that I act like a cartoon and it's obvious that I'm a gamer so hence the name Gamertoon.
Describe yourself in three words.
Weird. Creative. Benevolent.
Are you left or right handed?
Right is Right.
What was your first deviation?
It was a picture of me and all of my favorite characters pouring out of my head. It's long gone now though. I have no idea where it is! 
What is your favourite type of art to create?
Character Art, especially characters in extreme conflict, it's too bad it takes too long to draw on my small tablet.
If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?
Animation. Definitely.
What was your first favourite?
This one. I can never could get over this one. I swear I got stuck for ten minutes watching it over and over again. The first two were filled with laughter. The second two were filled with disbelief. The third two, confusion. The fourth, uneasiness. Then the final two, discomfort:
What type of art do you tend to favourite the most?
I mostly favorite fanart of my favorite characters from various media.
Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist?
That's a tough one. I'm torn between Gashi-gashi and xa-xa-xa.
If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be?
Probably either of those two mentioned before. There's so much I could learn from them.
How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?
Well, everytime I get a watcher a huge grin creeps on my face if that counts.
What are your preferred tools to create art?
The traditional paper and pencil were my sword and shield until recently. My move to a digital tablet and pen has changed my opinions entirely.
What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?
In front of my computer, crunchyroll, youtube, da, newgrounds, the inspiration potential is endless when the internet is on your side.
What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?
Probably the time when I nearly won a contest but dropped the ball because I used a slight, barely noticeable PS brush. Priceless. I honestly thought I could get away with that.

UPDATE: Returning from Hiatus

After a long summer, and an even longer binge on Pokemon and Minecraft, I've finally mustered up enough willpower to return to work. I managed to find a sweet deal on a high performance laptop and also discovered an alternative to Photoshop, Krita, which in my opinion is actually superior to it and much easier to use. As for my usual methods of drawing I'm going to start using my small, look-at-the-screen drawing tablet for making finer details that would otherwise be impossible to ink or add in using my mouse, so the quality of my work should improve now.
In other news in a few days, I might end up having an even better drawing tablet, that is if I win a raffle contest. This will GREATLY increase what I'm capable of creating and allow me to make new content faster which means I won't be going on hiatus as often as I usually do. But this is just a chance. Who knows how it will turn out.
A few months back I announced that I would make a small web comic and that's still on my to-do list. However, I feel that I need a bigger audience to make it worthwhile. So once I hit 100 watchers I'll get that up and running and see how that goes. I really hope it doesn't take too long though, since I will be attending college starting next year and I might not have as much time to kick it off.
Lastly I might take up requests again after I finish the last one which is WAAAYYY overdue, the requester might have even forgot about it but I keep my promises. Most of the time.

MOAR DWAWINS PLEZ!
Ok, so far I've been consistent with my deviation uploads, not counting this week of course since my latest project is taking longer than usual, school is starting back up after spring break, and I've got a few requests to take care of, but hey, s*** happens. I will attempt to upload more often if possible but I'm not making promises. I will try to increase the quality of my projects though, since I have a habit of drawing great pieces but presenting them terribly, especially with BG's. It's usually hit or miss when it comes to those and when I do fail, it's pretty bad. (Sometimes I can't even make a simple colored background look right
)

Anyway, after some discussion with a friend of mine and my parents (I sugar-coated what I really meant with my parents), I decided that maybe the next course of action for publicity is producing NSFW content. Now for those of you who are against that, I fully understand why but frankly lets be honest; sex sells and it definitely brings attention along with possible monetary gain (Figuring out the money part later...maybe). Putting myself out there is my top priority and whether it is positive or negative, marketing is marketing. However, I won't post any of it on DA, despite the content not going anything past skimpy pinup, but will post it on my Newgrounds profile, NegaToon, since in my opinion it's more appropriate. Not only is NSFW content a norm, there doesn't seem to be any limits on intensity, so if I wanted to post flat-out porn (Which is EXTREMELY unlikely might I add) I could with little to no backlash or consequences.
So the bottom line is: I'm going to draw partially exposed T&A, but on a different site. This is really just a heads up to anyone who wants to see it. This is just one of my decisions though; I'm currently taking other measures to expand my exposure such as starting up a Facebook page, (Tried tumblr didn't like it), and looking into attending cons and conventions in the future. So T&A is not my "GLORIOUS" master plan if you were wondering.
DIGITAL MELTDOWN
MOVING ON TO OTHER THINGS, I wanted you to also know that sometime in May I will be unable to post digital art because I'm graduating from highschool and thus will have to return my laptop and the adobe programs that I use on it. Until I purchase a new one and reinstall photoshop I will be reduced to sketches and traditional art which takes considerably longer to create and in my opinion, doesn't look as impressive. If things go too south I might not post anything at all. It may take months or over a year before I'm back to this state so wish me luck on that regard.
IMAGINE WORLD ANNOUNCEMENT
The last and probably my favorite news is that I soon might start a new short comic series called "Imagine World", focused around the life of a deadbeat and a magical wish gone oh-so wrong. The reason I say "might" is the same reason why I won't be able to do digital art much longer. However, if I'm up to it and if you're into it, I might give it a shot as a sketch comic until I'm up and running again. I'll be releasing a Cover Page of the first issue soon so I hope you'll give feedback on whether or not it's a good concept. Or you could do it now. Save me the trouble.

Just an announcement nothing more. My little plan to get a job and an art tablet isn't going as well as I thought it would with my Dad out of state for 2 months, my inability to get my driver's license due to constant babysitting, and failure to get any callbacks from places I've applied for. Plus I realized that I need a portfolio to apply for the art schools I want to attend SOOO...it's back to square one...GREAAAAT. Well I'm sure things will get better eventually but in the mean time I'd better get back to what I do best. (even if it is with inadequate resources) Bring on the requests, bring on the constant drawing, bring on the lack of criticism from DA, because I'm READY TO GO!
